The makeup scheduler will start showing available makeups a week after the session starts. We do not offer makeups during the first week of class. If you miss the first week of class, you can schedule for the following week or any week thereafter during the session.
Makups available:
- 2 makeups per session ; these are on a limited basis so schedule as soon as possible. Please use scheduler located below.
- Makeups are not offered during mini or interim sessions.
The makeup scheduler allows scheduling at least 24 hours prior to makeup class.
If you need to cancel your make-up class, please choose the CANCEL MAKEUP TAB after entering the access code. Then you can reschedule pending availability.
Once a make-up is scheduled, an email will be sent to you as well as the center director and the teacher of the class.
IMPORTANT: Make-ups are non-transferrable and must be used within the current semester. You must do your make-up during the session in which you were absent - no exceptions. It is up to you to get all your classes in during the session.
Please note: Make ups and classes are offered on a teacher-availability basis and though we try to offer a variety of class days and times we are unable to accommodate all requests and schedules, nor are we able to prorate, refund, or extend the session for classes missed.
We do not offer refunds or credits if you don't use your make-ups during the session.
**This policy can be changed at any time during the session. We will do our best to communicate these changes with you.
